A FTSE 100 client implementing a major global change programme required support in engaging their staff in the programme to avoid delays in project delivery, despite many of those staff being personally impacted by the changes.
Applying industry leading models and techniques to help people explore how their mindset could be getting in the way of them achieving their objectives. By creating awareness, individuals can identify the areas they need to address and we then equip them with the skills, tools and techniques to help them create and embed new behaviours and ways of working.

We designed and delivered a range of behaviour & mindset based interventions for large groups, teams and individuals to equip them with skills and techniques to help them deliver the business objectives despite uncertainty.
Feedback from programme participants described how the tools and techniques they had learned really helped them start to change their mindset and how they viewed their challenges. Feeling more in control of their personal situations and they were able to develop more positive action plans.
